Ride for Dad 2010

Awesome day. Little cool around the Port but sunny. Approx 97 bikers with over $7000.00 raised. Thanks to the organizers and all the riders.

Ride for Dad

I was just talking to Jim O'Neill and he said that no one came forward to take over the coordinator of the Ride For Dad. He is not riding and cannot do it. We will be doing a ride. I have some pledge sheets and anyone who went last year should have one. Unfortunately I don't have contacts for the other arrangements (prizes, lunch, etc.). You can go on http://motorcycleridefordad.org and register and get pledge sheets. On June 9th, we will be leaving from Tim Hortons, Murphy Square, at 10:00 A.M. Stopping at ( I think its Castaways) same place as last year, in Stephenville and leaving at 11:00 A.M. We will do the Port Au Port Loop. If anyone has any suggestions, ideas, etc. please reply to all and let us know. Pass this on to all riders.

June 22 - 24 is the Ride For Sight to Gander and the Northern Star Riders are having a Ride the Rock on Aug. 2 - 4 in Clarenville.

Ride For Dad

The ride for Dad is scheduled for June 9th, so we will be doing the Port Au Port loop ride that day and going to Trout River on June 15th, Saturday, as Sunday is Father's Day and most people will be spending it with family. Get your pledge sheets for the Ride for Dad and see you there.
